Terms of Use

By registering for the Callin’ it quits blog (the “Blog”) you agree to the following terms of use:

  1. 18+. You must be eighteen years or older in order to register and use the Blog.
  2. Not Private. Any information you post to the Blog will not be private and may be viewed by anyone with access to the internet including your employer.
  3. Anonymous Blogging. You may assume an anonymous screen name during registration. Your e-mail address will not automatically appear in the Blog unless you include your e-mail address in the content of your post.
  4. Content Responsibility. You are solely responsible for keeping secure your login and password information. You are solely responsible for any information submitted and posted on the Blog using your login and password. By posting any information, you warrant and represent that you have the lawful right to distribute and reproduce such information. The Blog may be used for non-commercial purposes only.
  5. Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WEA Trust and WEA Insurance Corporation from any claim, action, demand, loss, or damages (including attorneys’ fees) made or incurred by any third party arising out of or relating to your conduct, violation of these terms of use, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
  6. Content Screening. WEA Insurance Corporation has the right (but not the obligation) in its sole discretion to review, modify, remove, or refuse to post information you submit to the Blog. The information posted on the Blog does not necessarily represent the views of WEA Insurance Corporation.
  7. Use of Information. WEA Insurance Corporation may quote or reproduce all or a portion of your submitted information in order to promote the Blog or other WEA Insurance Corporation programs. Any use of your submitted information will be redacted so as not to include your name, employer or other identifying information. Your disclosure of personal tobacco use on the Blog will not affect your rights under your WEA Insurance Corporation insurance policy. Unless otherwise indicated, all information contained in the Blog, such as text, graphics, logos, and images may not be copied, reproduced, transmitted, displayed, distributed, or otherwise used in whole or in part in any manner without WEA Insurance Corporation’s prior written consent.
